About the Business
Lisneal College opened in September 2004 as the result of an amalgamation between Clondermot and Faughan Valley High Schools. The College operated for three years on two campuses - the Irish Street Campus and the Drumahoe Campus. The inaugural headmaster was John Magowan who retired in December 2005. We moved to our new premises in September 2007 allowing the present pupils to have access to the most up to date and state-of-the-art facilities. Key Stage 3 - We have a wide and varied curriculum which is modern and vibrant, preparing pupils with the skills and knowledge they need to attain qualifications at Key Stge 4 and 5.
Key Stage 4 - At this level we provide a huge number of academic and vocational courses, so that pupils can choose exactly the right courses to achieve their maximum potential. Key Stage 5 - The College provides an array of courses and in collaboration with other schools, provides high quality AS and A level courses.
